Dr. Ashanda is a board-certified OB/GYN, maternal health leader, educator, and advocate dedicated to eliminating preventable maternal deaths and advancing health equity. She serves as Co-Chair of the New York City Maternal Mortality Review Committee and is recognized nationally for her work in maternal health, reproductive justice, menopause, and women’s health policy.
